Itinerant Associate Dentists serve as our in-house locums or PRN Dentist and must be comfortable covering all locations in a market. Since we are great at keeping our Docs happy we will avoid scheduling you far away from home consistently but the role requires flexiblity to help wherever needed in a pinch. For that you will enjoy a reliable salary and bump in your share of the production that the other more traditional roles in a dedicated home office do not.

If you've worked as locum tenens or PRN before and appreciated the flexibility but were dissatisfied by the inconsistency then this is the job for you. You will have 1st-class support in all MINT offices and the variety and flexibility familiar to you, but won't carry the weight of the Lead or Associate dentists that hold the office down full-time.

This position is open to part-time and full-time availability.
