Non-corporate, locally owned and operated general dental practice seeking a kind-hearted and enthusiastic dental hygienist (full time or part time) to join our amazing team. What we're looking for: -Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program -Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist -CPR Certification -Proficient computer skills and knowledge of dental software programs -Adherence to organizational competencies and standards of practice -Excellent verbal communication and thorough/detailed documentation -Dedicated to quality care with a commitment to patients health, comfort and education -Team player with a friendly and positive attitude and strong work ethic What you will do: -Take medical history and assess patient health status -Provide full compliment of dental hygiene services including thorough and gentle cleanings to patients of all ages -Assist with creating personalized treatment plans -Educate patients on oral health and hygiene practices -Capture X-rays of diagnostic quality and intraoral photos in an efficient manner -Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment to patients and staff -Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices, techniques and regulations -Help in creating a relationship based, welcoming and positive environment for every patient What we offer: -Competitive pay ($50+/hr) with bonuses -PTO and paid holidays -Continuing education allowance -uniform allowance -Supplemental health stipend -401K -Family dental benefits
