We are seeking a professional and motivated Front Office team member to join our team! Job Description: As a Dental Front Office Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing a positive and seamless experience for our patients. Your responsibilities will include managing patient check-in, scheduling appointments, completing insurance verification, answering phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities: -Greet and check in patients, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. -Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently. -Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries regarding services, insurance, and appointments. -Verify patient insurance information. -Maintain patient records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date. -Process payments and handle billing inquiries. -Assist with organizing patient flow and ensuring timely appointments. -Coordinate with dental team members to ensure patients receive high-quality care. -Ensure the providers have a full, productive schedule. Qualifications: -Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred. -Strong communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in using dental office software (experience with Open Dental is a plus). -Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. -Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for patient care. -High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
