Full-Time General Dentist – Fort Worth, TX – 32% Adjusted Production + Buy-In Opportunity We are seeking a friendly, motivated General Dentist to join our busy private practice in Fort Worth, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high-production, low-drama environment with strong mentorship and real growth potential. Details: • Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM–4 PM • Compensation: 32% of adjusted production • Ownership Opportunity: Buy-in available • Payer Mix: Predominantly PPO, with a small percentage of Medicaid and fee-for-service • Procedures: Implants and most services performed in-house – very few referrals Our ideal candidate is: • Licensed to practice in Texas (or in the process) • Comfortable in a fast-paced setting • Open to mentorship and learning advanced procedures • Committed to quality patient care • A team player with great communication skills New graduates are welcome—this is a great opportunity to grow with hands-on guidance from an experienced owner-doctor.
