Dental Hygienist We are a fast-growing, patient-centered, dental practice in South Elgin area. Our staff is fantastic, and we are searching for a reliable dental hygienist to join us in our mission to provide the best dental care to our patients. This position will be split between our 3 practice locations in: - South Elgin - Sleepy Hollow - St. Charles Schedule: Wednesday - Saturday Benefits / Perks: - Health insurance - 401k with Match - Paid vacation Requirements: - Perform dental hygiene procedures, including periodontal therapies, prophy's, taking x-rays, and applying fluoride treatments - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and provide recommendations for at-home care - Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile and organized work environment - Document patient treatment plans, progress notes, and medical history in dental software - Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide excellent patient care Requirements: - Valid Illinois state dental hygiene license - Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program - Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Dentrix - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
