Scott Family Dental is a growing dental practice in Montgomery, TX dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients in a warm and supportive environment! We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated new graduate dentist to join our team. We provide the opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative and encouraging environment, with mentorship and continuous learning! Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and other dental procedures. • Work closely with our dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure the best patient experience. • Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatments, and preventative care. • Work with the team to ensure a smooth workflow and an excellent patient experience. • Attend professional development workshops, seminars, and continuous education to further skills and knowledge. Requirements: • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution. • Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining). • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients. • A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
