What You’ll Do As our Dental Client Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice. Your responsibilities will include: Operations Management Schedule and manage appointments to optimize client flow. Partner with team leads to ensure timely service and an outstanding client experience. Address and resolve client complaints with professionalism. Prepare accurate treatment estimates and communicate effectively with clients. Submit comprehensive End-of-Day reports to leadership, highlighting key insights. Financial Management Collect 100% of estimated client payments on the date of service. Monitor payment links and ensure accurate posting to client accounts. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Team to verify insurance information and claims. Team Leadership Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service. Ensure proper staffing levels to meet practice needs. Communicate expectations clearly and foster a positive work environment. Facility Oversight Maintain office cleanliness and manage supply inventory. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and all health regulations. What We’re Looking For To excel in this role, you’ll need: Dental Experience: At least one year of active and recent dental office experience, whether as an Assistant or Admin team member is required. Time Management Skills: A knack for juggling multiple priorities efficiently. Outstanding Communication: Strong interpersonal skills across phone, in-person, and electronic platforms.
