As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as Manager, Workforce Management.

The Workforce Manager for Digital Design Operations is responsible for leading and developing workforce management practices to support our growing digital design business, which includes dentures and implants. This role will oversee forecasting, real-time workload management, capacity planning, and resource scheduling to optimize operations, meet service level agreements, and align with budgetary goals. The Workforce Manager will collaborate across teams, applying workforce management principles to ensure efficiency and scalability of operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute workforce management functions, including demand forecasting, capacity analysis, workload distribution, and scheduling for digital design teams.

  • Serve as the workforce management subject matter expert for digital design operations.

  • Analyze and interpret operational data to forecast demand and identify opportunities for improving efficiency and performance.

  • Develop scheduling strategies that optimize resource utilization while ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.

  • Implement real-time workload monitoring processes to identify and resolve bottlenecks in the workflow.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design leads, operations managers, and offshore teams, to align workforce strategies with business needs.

  • Create predictive models to assess potential impacts of workflow changes and optimization efforts.

  • Generate and analyze reports on operational metrics to provide insights and recommendations to leadership.

  • Support leadership in developing workforce plans tied to strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Establish scalable processes and workflows that could support future team expansion, including mentoring potential analysts as the function grows.

Minimum Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • 7+ years of experience in operational workforce management, preferably in a technical or design-oriented field.

  • Strong knowledge of workforce management tools and systems (e.g., Verint, Aspect, Nice IEX) and their application in non-contact-center environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and provide actionable insights to improve operations.

  • Proven ability to collaborate across teams and functions to align workforce strategies with business objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of digital workflow systems, design operations, or offshore team coordination is a strong plus.

  • Familiarity with digital design or production workflows.

  • Experience in building and managing operational processes for global teams.

  • Background in implementing systems or processes in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

  • The ability to conduct up to 25% travel both Internationally and Domestically.

  • Annual Base Salary range: $95,000 - 115,000 with a 10% annual bonus (Actual pay may vary based on experience, performance, and qualifications.)

  • This position can be remote based on geographic location, but if candidate is located within 30 minutes from our Chicago, IL office then on-site will be the expectation.
