We are seeking multiple dedicated Dental Office Managers to join our dynamic team in the Round Rock, Pflugerville, Leander area. In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team. As our Dental Office Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of the practice, ensuring everything runs smoothly while leading a team of caring and talented professionals. Responsibilities Overseeing the daily operations: patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses Managing staff schedules and hours, training/development, productivity and supporting the team where necessary Ensuring smooth patient flow and providing excellent customer service Handling billing, insurance verification, and account management Maintaining office compliance with regulations and protocols Coordinating with the dental team to enhance patient care Managing equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance Qualifications At least one year of experience as an Office Manager in a dental practice leading a team EagleSoft or Dentrix Ascend knowledge is preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix Ascned / Eaglesoft) preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused attitude What We Offer: Compensation $50,000 - $70,000 per year Full Compensation package: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Bonuses, and more Positive and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A great work-life balance in a friendly, patient-centered practice Why Work With Us?
