🦷 Lead Dental Assistant – General Dentistry Practice (Snellville, GA) We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Dental Assistant to join our close-knit team at a small, patient-focused General Dentistry practice in Snellville, GA. 🏥 About the Position: As our Lead Dental Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations, supporting the doctor during procedures, and maintaining high standards of patient care and comfort. ✅ Responsibilities: Chairside assisting during general dental procedures Managing and ordering dental supplies Tracking and coordinating lab cases Ensuring operatories and sterilization areas are clean and stocked Utilizing Dentrix software for charting, scheduling, and treatment planning Supporting the team with day-to-day clinical coordination 🎓 Requirements: 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred Proficient in Dentrix software Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and a warm, patient-first attitude Familiarity with supply ordering and lab case tracking X-ray certification a plus 🕒 Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday (no weekends!) 💼 What We Offer: A supportive, positive team environment Competitive pay based on experience Growth opportunities as the practice expands A beautiful, modern office with a spa-like vibe
