Key Qualities We’re Looking For: -Places and removes orthodontic appliances and takes full records under general supervision of the Orthodontist -Performs bonding, placing, and expert positioning of brackets -Reviews patient charts, logs appropriate patient data and transcribes doctor notes -Performs laboratory procedures under limited supervision of an Orthodontist -Performs final checks on patients and leads patient flow -Manages the remote monitoring dashboard including review/triage patient scans, responds to direct patient messages, and triages notifications -Educates patients on orthodontic care and remote monitoring -Cleans, sterilizes, and prepares the equipment and operatory following standard protocols -Assists in Local Store Marketing and community events, at least 4 per year -Adheres to all infection-control policies and protocols -Hard-working: You take initiative, stay focused, and consistently go the extra mile. -Team Player: You collaborate well with others, communicate clearly, and support your teammates. -Respectful: You maintain a positive attitude and treat coworkers, customers, and supervisors with professionalism and courtesy. -Excellent Time & Attendance: You show up on time, ready to work, and can be counted on to maintain a consistent schedule. Responsible for delivering positive clinical experience to all patients while following strict adherence to company policies as well state dental laws, rules and regulations under the general direction and supervision of an Orthodontist.
