Job Title: General Pediatric Dentist Job Summary: We are excited to announce that our dental office is expanding its services to include adults, and we are seeking a talented and compassionate General Pediatric Dentist to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages, from children to adults. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with our practice as we transition to a family-focused dental care model. Key Responsibilities: Provide routine dental examinations, cleanings, and preventive care for both pediatric and adult patients. Diagnose and treat various dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, and other oral health concerns. Deliver specialized care for children, including fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene education. Address the unique dental needs of adults, including restorative and cosmetic procedures. Foster a comfortable and positive environment, especially for anxious patients and children. Educate patients and families on the importance of maintaining oral health and preventive care. Collaborate with other team members and dental specialists to deliver excellent patient care. Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality care standards. Qualifications: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree. Pediatric dentistry residency or equivalent experience (preferred). Valid DC dental license and board certification. Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-lasting relationships with patients and families. A commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality dental care.
