Temporary Full-time Dental Assistant needed in Castroville, TX. Medina Family Dental is searching for a highly motivated, outgoing, multi-talented dental assistant to join our team temporarily, on a full time basis. (Between 4-6 months) We are a fast paced general practice and provide all dental services including implants and orthodontics. Must be registered in the State of Texas, CPR certified with a MINIMUM of 1 year chairside experience. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the doctor during a variety of treatment procedures - Fabricate precise and esthetic temporary crowns and bridges - Take digital impressions using scanner - Maintain infection control protocols and proper sterilization techniques - Provide excellent patient care before, during, and after treatment - Prepare and maintain operatories for procedures - Take digital x-rays and update patient records accurately - Willingness to learn and adapt as new equipment and protocols are introduced Requirements: - Minimum of 1 years clinical dental assisting experience - Experience fabricating temporaries - Current Texas RDA license and CPR certification - Strong communication and organizational skills - Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented - Eagerness to learn and grow with our practice We treat our patients like family and our office strives to maintain a culture of respect.
