Description

The Center For Advanced Dentistry is seeking a highly skilled and experienced EFDA Dental Assistant to join our well established Suwanee office. We pride ourselves on the family-like atmosphere we've created for both our patients and employees. The desired candidate posses EFDA, impeccable leadership skills, is detail-oriented, and strives for excellence in leading the clinical side of the practice and posses 2+ years of experience! Requirements: Minimum 2 years of chairside dental assisting experience, with EFDA, CPR and Radiology certification. We offer a competitive salary as well as paid time off and full benefits! Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor dental assistant team members, assigning tasks and providing guidance as needed. Assist dentists during procedures, prepare treatment rooms, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Manage patient scheduling, records, and insurance claims processing. Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols in accordance with regulatory standards. Monitor inventory levels and order dental supplies as needed. Participate in quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with patients to address their questions, schedule appointments, and follow up on treatment plans. Collaborate with other members of the dental team to provide comprehensive and coordinated patient care. Schedule: Full-Time, No Weekends! Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30am - 5pm Thursday 7am - 3pm
