Braces On The Brazos is a growing private practice orthodontic office that is dedicated to creating fantastic smiles in a fun, friendly environment. We are looking for an energetic, organized and passionate Treatment Coordinator to join our team and help guide our patients through their orthodontic journey. As Treatment Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating an inviting first impression as you build relationships with the patient and parent during the initial exam. Duties will require: Welcoming new patients, taking radiographs & photos, recording exam notes, presenting treatment plan and financial options, hygiene instructions, scheduling, and coordinating treatment. The TC will also be responsible for follow-up calls to pending patients and will oversee the observation and recall program. You will also need to be able to fill the role of orthodontic assistant as well when needed. Orthodontic experience preferred. Sales experience is a plus! Qualifications are exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong organization, and ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. We currently have two locations. We are at the Granbury office Wednesday thru Friday and now in Cleburne on Mondays and Tuesdays. Office hours are 8:00 - 4:30.
