Our private dental office is seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental team. This position requires a strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and patient management. Duties Maintain a sterile and organized work environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as directed by the dentist. Record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information accurately. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, post-operative care, and treatment plans. Manage patient appointments, including scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling as necessary. Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining patient records and handling billing inquiries. Skills Knowledge of dental coding for accurate billing processes. Strong understanding of anatomy related to dental health.
