Immediate opening for Front Desk in a Pediatric Dental Practice in Charlotte NC. * Create and maintain a satisfactory environment for our patients and staff. * Build relationships with our patients. * Scheduling of client appointments * Managing insurance claims * Candidates will be expected answer the phones, check in/out patients * Insurance verification for private and non private. * Schedule appointments and collections. * Skills in person and on the phone as well as caring and warm towards parents and patients. * 2 years experience required. * Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols. * Excellent customer service and leadership skills. * Ability to multi-task efficiently. * Excellent computer and typing skills, Dentrix software knowledge. * Great benefits: PAID HOLIDAYS, MEDICAL INSURANCE / SUPLLEMENTAL BENEFITS, MONTHLY BONUS, * Bilingual language skills (English / Spanish) are a MUST. * Please respond with a resume and cover letter
