What We’re Offering - Daily rate with annual earning potential of $275K–$350K - Benefits: Medical, dental, and licensure reimbursement - Ownership track: Clear pathway to partnership About the Practice - Located just 30 minutes from Atlanta, GA - Welcomes 160+ new pediatric patients per month - Clinical setup: 4 operatories + 6 hygiene chairs - In-house IV sedation 1–2x/month (no hospital cases) - Team: 4 RDAs, 2 front desk, 3 hygienists Your Role - Provide high-quality care to patients ages 0–19 - Perform both routine and advanced pediatric procedures - Participate in IV sedation days with pediatric anesthesia - Collaborate with a skilled support team and contribute to a positive, efficient workflow - Opportunity to expand into pediatric sleep dentistry Who We’re Looking For - Open to new grads and experienced providers - Passionate about children and family care - Interested in mentorship, growth, and future ownership - Positive, team-oriented, and community-driven Schedule - Full-time, 4–5 days per week - Office open: Monday through Saturday Apply now to take the next step in your career, this is more than a job; it’s a place to grow, lead, and thrive.
