Description

Front Office Dental Coordinator Are you a warm, friendly, and organized individual who loves connecting with people? We’re looking for someone who can be the welcoming face of our dental office—the first person our patients see when they walk through the door. As our Front Office Dental Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive patient experience from start to finish. This position involves managing the front desk with a strong focus on patient scheduling, insurance coordination, and maintaining our hygiene recall system. A bubbly personality and excellent customer service skills are essential to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Patient Experience & Relationship Building  Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcomed and valued  Foster trust and loyalty by creating a friendly and professional atmosphere  Answer questions and provide clear information about procedures, appointments, and care Scheduling & Recall Management  Schedule and confirm hygiene appointments, optimizing the team’s schedule  Contact patients who are due for routine exams and cleanings  Maintain and manage recall systems and reminders to ensure timely follow-up care Insurance Coordination  Verify insurance coverage and input breakdowns into the system  Assist patients with understanding their benefits and coverage Data & Record Management  Ensure that patient medical histories and contact details are accurate and up to date  Manage patient files and documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality Additional Support  Assist with patient check-out and perform various administrative duties as needed  Open Dental experience is a plus If you’re passionate about patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative team, and bring energy and organization to everything you do, we’d love to hear from you!
