Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients, including oral screenings, identifying conditions such as periodontitis, gingivitis, etc., while ensuring patient comfort. • Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. • Adhere to strict sterilization and infection control protocols. • Accurately maintain patient records. • Foster a positive and friendly environment, contributing to an exceptional patient experience and team atmosphere. • Support case acceptance efforts. Qualifications: • Must hold a valid Registered Dental Hygienist license in Texas and be CPR/BLS certified. • Dental hygiene experience with a strong knowledge of dental procedures (at least 1 year preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • A warm and compassionate approach towards patients. • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. • Reliability, professionalism, integrity and a commitment to ongoing learning. • Familiarity with Open Dental and digital imaging systems is a plus.
