Description

We’re looking to welcome a second dental assistant to our close-knit periodontal team. This full-time role is perfect for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and ready to support both the lead assistant and doctor in delivering excellent care. You’ll help with room setups, sterilization, light assisting, and get exposure to surgical procedures as your experience grows. Key Responsibilities - Assist with room turnover and instrument sterilization - Set up and break down treatment rooms - Provide chairside assistance during hygiene, post-ops, and minor procedures - Support the lead assistant as needed during surgery - Help create a calm, comfortable experience for every patient What We’re Looking For - 0–2 years dental assisting experience (new grads encouraged to apply) - Radiography certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) - Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a great attitude - Willingness to learn and grow with mentorship Perks & Benefits - Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($17–$21 range) - Paid time off, retirement plan with match and profit sharing, scrubs provided - Four-day workweek—no nights or weekends - Supportive team, low-stress environment, and meaningful work
