Hello ! We are seeking a skilled and friendly Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team ! We are a one doctor, private dental practice inside a beautiful and spacious stand alone building in Aubrey. As a Registered Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality dental care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting oral health. Responsibilities: - Perform thorough periodontal screening (perio probing) and perform thorough dental cleaning (i.e. removing plaque and tartar buildup) - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations for at-home care - Take dental x-rays (Our Dental Assistants will also help take x-rays) - Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of patients and staff - Stay up-to-date with current dental practices and advancements in the field Experience: - Previous experience as a Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required - Familiarity with Open Dental software is a plus - We are looking for someone 1-2 days a week Please submit your resume for review & consideration.
