DiBona Dental Group was founded in 1976 by Dr. Mark DiBona, the son of a dentist in Brooklyn, NY. Dr. Mark graduated from NYU School of Dentistry. Instead of joining his father’s dental practice, after he completed his residency training, he moved to Exeter, New Hampshire to start a practice and raise a family. His oldest daughter, Elizabeth, graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2007 and completed a residency program in 2008. Dr. Mark DiBona and Dr. Elizabeth DiBona practiced for about 10 years together, and eventually Dr. Elizabeth DiBona took over the practice

Duties:
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Conduct oral cancer screenings
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized recommendations
- Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as necessary
- Assist the dentist during procedures and maintain a sterile field
- Update and maintain patient medical records using electronic systems (Epic)
- Follow aseptic techniques to prevent the spread of infection
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient patient care
Requirements:
- Valid Dental Hygienist license in New Hampshire
- Associate's degree or higher in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program
- Proficiency in medical documentation systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental software is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to educate patients on oral health care

You will work closely with the doctor(s) and educate patients to provide preventive and therapeutic dental care to maintain smiles and overall health!
