As a Front Desk Coordinator, we are looking for a positive self-starter who is eager to thrive in a dynamic environment, deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support, enjoys helping others and is passionate about growing their career. The ideal Front Desk Coordinator enjoys helping others, friendly, flexible, loves taking initiative and is passionate about growing their career.
Responsibilities:
Answering and routing phone calls in accordance with office policies
Greet and direct all visitors including vendors, clients and customers
Registering and scheduling patient appointments
Ensure completion of paperwork, sign-in and hippa procedures
Verifying and updating patient demographic and insurance information
Observing strict patient confidentiality in dealing with callers and patients
Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants
Experience with multi-line phone systems preferred
Excellent social skills and ability to collaborate effectively required
Four 10 hour day a week. No weekends or evenings.
