Periodontal Dental Assistant Village Periodontics & Implant DentistryHighland Village, TX 75077
Village Periodontics is looking for an experienced RDA. We are looking for an assistant to add to our team. Chair side assistant experienced in charting, x-rays, fabricating temporary crowns and bridges. Experience with Surgical Procedures, extractions, implants, gingival grafts, osseous surgery, crown lengthening and IV sedation is a plus or a willingness to learn. A positive personality, that enjoys talking with patients.
We are looking for an additional assistant to add to our team. Looking for someone with the following qualifications.
An understanding of restorative procedures, crowns, extractions and implants.
Take digital x-rays, disinfect the room, instruments, and set up trays for procedures.
Able to use digital scanner for impressions.
Able to chart and build treatment plans.
Sterilize equipment. Build and break down rooms.
Make temporary crowns.
Looking for someone with a positive personality, that enjoys talk with patients.
Our office hours are 9:00 to 5:00, Tuesday – Friday. Two weeks paid vacation along with 3 additional paid holidays. Approximately 30 hours a week.

Job description:
Highland Village Family Dentistry is a well-established and family-oriented dental practice in Highland Village, Texas and we are looking for an awesome Dental Assistant to join our team!
Both of our doctors, Dr. Wagner and Dr. Fuller are kind and caring and are great to work for. We have an awesome culture of teamwork and support.
The ideal candidate would have prior assisting experience, be familiar with Invisalign, use of an Itero intraoral scanner, seating crowns and implant crowns, as well as general dentistry, digital photography, crown preps and assisting with other restorative procedures and customer service. We are also open to training a candidate with the right attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
We would love to connect with a short zoom or phone call to start, then require a working interview before hire. Skills are important, but most important is your personality and interpersonal skills. We are also be open to starting with a part-time candidate, with the role to progress into a full time role. Pay dependent on experience level, but growth is encouraged and new skills are rewarded.
