We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team at a well-established, patient-centered dental practice in Madison, TN. Our practice specializes in a wide range of services, with a particular focus on surgery and comprehensive treatment planning. Position Details:
• Full-time position
• Monday through Thursday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
• Competitive pay based on experience, including a quarterly bonus system
• Opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on surgery, restorative treatments, and preventative care
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine cleanings, scaling, and polishing
• Take radiographs
• Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and preventative care
• Periodontal therapy and partner in comprehensive treatment planning
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes
• Collaborate closely with the dental team to provide optimal patient care
Qualifications:
• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Tennessee
• Anesthesia permit preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care
• Experience in a comprehensive general dental practice is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
