Duties:

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage administrative staff, dental assistants, and hygienists, providing leadership, training, and support
- Coordinate patient appointments, manage schedules, and ensure timely, effective communication with patients
- Handle billing, insurance claims, denials and collections, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dental office policies
- Maintain and update patient records, ensuring privacy and adherence to HIPAA guidelines
- Implement and monitor office budgets, track expenses, and optimize financial performance
- Coordinate and implement marketing plans
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including sterilization protocols and OSHA standards
- Address patient concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure a welcoming environment
Qualifications:
- 2+ years Prior experience as a dental office manager or in a similar healthcare management role
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, billing, insurance, and patient care
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and OSHA compliance
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and patient concerns with professionalism and compassion
