Your Role in Our Mission:
As an Implant Sales Consultant, you're not just selling a service; you're providing a pathway to confidence and improved quality of life. With your expertise in consultative B2C high-ticket sales, particularly in healthcare, you'll guide patients through the life-changing journey of dental restoration, offering a solution that significantly impacts their daily lives and long-term health. Your role will involve engaging directly with patients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the life-changing journey of dental transformation.
Your Impact:
You'll lead high-ticket dental implant sales, transforming lives one smile at a time. With your 3-5 years of consultative B2C selling experience, you'll drive growth, foster patient relationships, and navigate the journey from consultation to life-changing treatment.
What You'll Do:
Present our dental implant solutions to patients, including the transformative All-on-4 procedure, while ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their benefits and impact on patients' lives.
Educate patients on financial options (such as Healthcare Loans, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, early 401k access, auto equity loans, and reverse mortgages) to provide tailored financial solutions, ensuring patients can afford the life-changing treatment they need.
Develop and nurture lasting relationships, guiding patients from initial inquiry to post-treatment care.
What We Offer: A competitive compensation of up to $75,000 per year plus potential monthly bonus which could result in an additional 36k per year, full healthcare benefits, and the opportunity to be part of a team that values innovation and patient-centric care. *Base compensation is dependent upon experience*
Bonus: The SPG Team Lead Bonus Plan is designed to fairly reward Team Leads for their hard work and contributions by focusing on factors they can directly influence. This plan includes two types of bonuses: one based on the profitability of the practice and the other on specific operational metrics. The goal is to offer more achievable, motivating rewards that align with both individual efforts and overall company success, with bonuses paid out monthly to encourage consistent high performance.
Hours of Operation: This is a full-time, exempt role and the hours of operation are Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:
Bilingual English/Spanish
3-5 years of consultative B2C selling experience, preferably in healthcare or related fields, preferably high-ticket.

X-ray certification
CPR certification
OSHA and HIPAA compliance

Minimum Qualifications:

Basic dental terminology
Inventory management skills
Implant, All on four and over denture knowledge
Proficient at alginate impression taking

Experience taking CBCT and Pano images
Preferred Qualifications:
Min 12 months experience in an oral -surgical setting highly preferred
Experience with wax try ins, changing locator rings

You're a dental hygienist who has:
Current Registered Dental Hygienist license as required by state
Current CPR/BLS certification or willing to obtain by first day with Tend
