We have a fantastic new A-Dec central sterilization core including an instrument washer. Job duties to help Create an optimal patient experience : -Greeting and welcoming all clients with warmth and professionalism -Answering phones pleasantly to assist patients in scheduling appointments, answering questions, etc. -Daily listening to recorded messages, emails and text messages on our premiere dental communication software -Helping fill the daily and weekly schedule by organizing lists to call overdue hygiene/treatment -Running a short call system, to fill same day cancellations -Confirming appointments for the next day -Communicating with patients via phone and with our text message or email service -Taking and posting payments -Getting insurance verification, breakdowns and entering in our system and e-claim service -Generating and submitting insurance claims to be paid to clients or our office -Completing end of day reports and daily deposits -Take time to get to know patients and their families **Experienced Qualified applicants only** Full time position Monday through Thursday Dentrix Ascend dental software experience Preferred/ Not Required Dental front office experience required Benefits: Competitive hourly rate 401k benefits after probationary period Holiday pay Sick pay Vacation pay Compensation for Health Insurance
