We are looking for an expanded function treatment coordinator to oversee the day-to-day running of the practice and take care of our patients like they are family. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
. Ensure seamless and efficient practice operations and daily workflow.
· Maintain the schedules for dentist and hygienist efficiently and productively.
. Monitor AR and reduce claims aging beyond 90 days.
· Work with the team of dental professionals and support staff, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
· Lead morning huddles, provide guidance and direction to utilize opportunities for same day treatment.
· Promote teamwork, open communication, and a strong customer service culture within the practice.
· Monitor patient feedback and strive to enhance the overall patient experience.
. Maintain collection percentage of 90% or higher per month.
· Foster strong patient relationships and ensure the delivery of quality dental care in line with industry standards and best practices.
. Regular communication with the Director of Operations identifying office successes, potential growth opportunities or areas of improvement.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Accounts Receivable, and PPO dental insurance.
. Adaptability and willingness to learn new procedures and protocols.
. Confidence to uphold existing protocols.
· In-depth knowledge of dental treatment presentation, operations, and regulatory requirements.
· Strong leadership and team building skills, with the ability to motivate and develop interpersonal relationships.
· Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
· Proficiency in claims filing and appeals.
· Familiarity with Open Dental as well as general office software preferred.
. Familiarity with SunBit and CareCredit applications and transactions.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
