Responsibilities:
• Verify dental insurance benefits.

• Answer phone calls, manage messages, and handle patient inquiries.
• Schedule treatment and consultation appointments, ensuring optimal office productivity.
• Explain treatment plans and recommendations to patients.
• Collect payments and ensure accurate financial records.
• Administer new patient paperwork and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Perform general office duties, including scanning, and organizing.
• Support the Office staff with various tasks as needed.
Requirements:
• Availability to work in according to the practice's schedule
• Previous experience in a dental office preferred, but will train right candidate
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
