$500 Sign On Bonus
We are a fast paced, fun pediatric dentist office with Two locations and 4 doctors. We are hiring for a full time RDA position for our Sulphur Springs location.
Some job responsibilities would include:
Taking dental x-rays and assisting dentists in Exam and dental treatment procedures.
Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
Assisting dentists in managing medical and dental emergencies when necessary.
Providing great patient care.
Recording treatment information in patient records.
Giving patients information on dental hygiene, oral health care, and plaque control programs.
Collecting and recording medical and dental histories and patient vital signs.
Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.
Helping with Ordering dental supplies and maintaining dental equipment inventory.
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be registered with the State of Texas and have an active License.
At least 1 year of dental assisting experience is preferred but not required
Self-motivated, organized, and have a positive attitude
Possess great understanding of dental terminology
Have excellent communication and written skills
Have excellent public relations skills
Be able to work well with patients and the team
Be experienced in delivering high-level customer service
Committed to the position arriving on time daily
