Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with dentists, hygienists, and front-office staff to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.
- Collaborate with a second administrative team member to manage all patient communications, ensuring timely and efficient response to calls, emails, and appointment reminders.
- Coordinate with the third-party billing company to resolve billing issues and ensure accuracy in all insurance submissions and claims processing.
Qualifications:
- 3 years experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Front Desk Coordinator, or Dental Office Administrator or similar role
- Strong understanding of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain treatment plans and financial options.
- Proficiency with EagleSoft dental practice management software
