Team Collaboration: Act as a team player, collaborating with dental professionals and administrative staff to optimize patient care and office efficiency. Bilingual Communication: Fluent in Portuguese and/or Spanish and English to effectively communicate with a diverse patient base. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of patient information, treatment plans, and financial transactions. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a dental office setting with a focus on front desk management and treatment coordination. Language Skills: Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish and English is essential. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to the specific requirements of a high-volume PPO/Fee for Service dental practice. Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, particularly in financial transactions and record-keeping.
