Bright Side Dental looks like a corporate organization but in actuality each is a family owned practice and the owner normally works as the main Doctor in the practice. We have a full management team to assist our practices in the areas of: HR, Staff Training & CE, Finance, Operations and Staff Happiness. We pride ourselves on having a fun and friendly culture with staff and patient happiness as our top priority.
