Job Duties
• Examine teeth, gums, and related tissues using dental instruments, radiographs, and other diagnostic instruments.
• Provide general dentistry procedures.
• Examine, diagnose, and treat various dental diseases.
• Complete molar endo and/or pulpal debridements.
• Provide fixed and removable prosthetic procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current state licensure to practice dentistry.
• Shall have been employed for at least one (1) year in the last (2) years on a full-time basis in the practice of dentistry or be in a recent (1-year) graduate of an accredited, post-graduate dentistry training program. One year experience in the last two years prior to contract execution, as a dentist.
• Must obtain current Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number.
• Current BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• Current immunizations, required.

Dental Hygienist Job Details:
Develops and implements individualized dental care plans for patients; performs patient education, discharge planning, and patient/family teaching under the supervision of a qualified dentist.

Strong base salary: starting at $300,000 based on experience.
Schedule and hours will be determined by provider and their clinical supervisor.

Our integrated services at Jordan Valley are comprehensive and patient-centered through a medical home approach and carry out our mission of improving our community's health through access and relationships.
As a Full-Time Pediatric Dentist at Jordan Valley, you will provide the following services:
· Examination and comprehensive dental care of infants, children, adolescents, and adults with special health care needs
· Direct and indirect restorations of primary and permanent dentition
· Extractions of primary and permanent teeth
· Pulpal treatment of primary and immature permanent teeth
· Limited orthodontic treatment
· Consultations regarding complex treatment of pediatric patients referred from outside entities
· Pediatric moderate sedation
· In-office general anesthesia attended by board-certified anesthesiologists
· Hospital management of patients with complex medical histories
· Consultation with patients undergoing hematology/oncology services at St. Jude Affiliate clinic
· Management of pediatric frenulae
Compensation and benefits include:
· Competitive base salary starting at $300,000. Salary negotiable based on experience.
· Multi-faceted compensation plan with competitive base salary, sign-on bonus, resign bonus, and production incentive.
· Twenty-five-thousand-dollar sign-on bonus.
· Additional income up to seventy thousand dollars per year based on performance and contract commitment.
· 36-hour work week with full time benefits
· National Health Corps Loan Repayment: HPSA score of 26 for all dental locations.
· CME Allowance
· Paid malpractice insurance
· 403b Retirement plan with employer match on the first month after 30 days
