Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced/personable dentist with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience to join our team and provide a range of dental services, including preventive care, restorative procedures, and cosmetic treatments. The position offers excellent growth potential, especially for a dentist who wants to expand services. The owner dentist currently does not perform molar endodontics or implants, leaving significant opportunities for the associate to keep these procedures in-house if desired.
What We Offer:
• Compensation: $10,000 monthly guarantee or 30% of collections, whichever is greater, with earnings potential that could easily reach $300,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages.

• Work collaboratively with our team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid Alabama dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Minimum 3-4 years of clinical experience (or GPR)
• Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
• Dedication to patient care and continuous learning.
