Job Summary: The Treatment Coordinator converts new patients into active patients. This role involves collaborating with the Orthodontist to educate patients on treatment options, presenting financing options to responsible parties, and effectively addressing any concerns to get patients started on their treatment. By fostering trust and clear communication, the Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in practice growth and patient satisfaction.
