Job Description
Arthur Greyf, DDS, FICOI is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our rapidly growing dental team in Millburn, NJ. The right candidate will have 2 years experience in a Dental Office or as a Customer Service Representative.
Must be English-speaking.
Conversational Spanish or Russian is a plus!
This is a full time on site position. This is not a remote position. Applicants should be prepared to work full time, in person at our Millburn, NJ office.

Job Duties – in the order of most frequent or highest priority.
1. Arrive at work on time every day with a great attitude, a helpful demeanor and a positive approach. Show patience and empathy for patients with difficult personal or financial situations.
2. Make and receive calls related to scheduling patients, billing, and insurance. Provide team members with consistent information so that all team members are well informed.
3. Check-in patients and inform the team of their arrival.
4. Work within our current PM software (Dentrix), Weave Communications, and Google Office-especially Google Sheets, as they are the systems through which all patient, doctor, and staff communications and appointments are conducted.
5. You must be able to use computer based call center software (Progressive), headphones, do data entry, schedule and confirm appointments, maintain databases and provide excellent customer service.
6. Confer with managers and staff to help them with communications and engagement with patients.
7. Track, using in house data systems, incoming new patients, referral sources, and consultation appointments.
8. Scan documents to patient charts.
9. Other duties, as assigned.
