We are offering an aggressive compensation package, including hourly and bonus compensation and flexibility in days.
We also offer not just the holiday but holiday weekends off. For example: Thanksgiving. Our hygienist that is scheduled , will receive Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday OFF with PAY! Yes that 6 days off with 5 days FULLY PAID.
Christmas is even better! You get from December 22nd to Jan 1st OFF and FULLY PAID! This benefit would begin 2025.
Additionally you also get your vacation.
Retirement:
$48-$60 per hourly wage
In addition to your hourly wage you get $7.20/hr to $9.00/hr given directly to you every quarter to invest. You decide your investment strategy not us.
What we are looking for:
YOU enjoy building relationships with patients by ensuring they feel relaxed and at ease before their examinations.
YOU maintain a clean and organized enviornment and properly sterilize dental equipment.
YOU adapt to patient needs, such as taking X-rays, applying fluoride, removing plaque, scaling and root planning etc.
If you are all of the above we want to meet you!
Days are flexible. Every other Saturday. Sundays will be available but it is not required nor mandatory to work.
