Position Overview:
As a Dental Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, contributing to their overall satisfaction by providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in a dental front desk role, possess expertise in filing insurance claims, and exhibit exceptional communication skills. Professionalism and a personable demeanor are key attributes we are seeking.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly and welcoming manner
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Efficiently manage phone calls and inquiries
Verify and file insurance claims
Collect and process patient payments
Maintain organized patient records
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Provide information on treatment plans and financial options

Requirements:
