The ideal candidate must possess the skills to identify and acquire new business referrals while maintaining and growing current referring offices.
Requirements: Degree in marketing or similar business degree. (note: experience in like role in the dental field will be considered.
Qualities and characteristics: Ability to work independently with limited direction. Strong people skills meaning: friendly, good listener, approachable, diplomatic,
strategic thinker, problem solver, organized and detailed. The right person must be growth minded - eager to learn - and assist in developing new strategies with our marketing director. Must have reliable transportation. Base salary with variable incentive structure - quarterly/annually. **Some events are held in the evenings and on some weekends.
