Additional Advantages
Responsibilities include:
Screening patients during check-ups
Reviewing patient's history
Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
Documents area of existing restorations
Use of X-ray
Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
Conduct screenings
Assist patients with oral hygiene
Qualifications include:
Active LA Hygienist license
Current BLS/CPR certifications
Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training

Essential Duties:
You will transport, set up, and take down equipment and supplies in a room designated as a workspace by the facility.
Work with contacts at the nursing home to coordinate charts.
Enter chart notes for treatment at the time of treatment.
Maintain dental equipment through regular cleaning and maintenance routines.
Inventory supplies and order as needed.
Requirements:
A Current Registered Dental Hygienist License in good standing.
Five years of experience is required.
Valid Driver’s License with no moving violations in the last five years.
Willingness to travel within a 2.5-hour radius.
Must have own reliable transportation.
Ability to push/pull + or - 200 lbs. (ex. resident in a wheelchair).
