Scheduling Coordinator Our wonderful startup practice, GENUINE ORTHODONTICS, has grown and we need an encouraging, positive presence to help fill the role of SCHEDULING COORDINATOR. We serve patients ranging from 3-80+ for general orthodontic needs as well as those seeking to correct narrow jaws that can lead to issues with tongue placement, breathing, and sleeping. Qualified applicants will have: -Excellent verbal communication skills -Strong written language skills -Comfortable with sending and composing emails -Willingness to learn -Availability on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM -Spanish speaking skills a big plus but not necessary Job duties will include: -Greeting patients -Using practice management and imaging software systems -Answering phone calls and answering text messages for new and existing patients -Calling patients to confirm appointments -Collecting, scanning, and reviewing intake documents -Maintain a professional reception area/office -Sending copies of patient records -Writing chart notes Job benefits: -Hourly rate depending on experience -Health benefits available after 1 year for employees working 24+; hours/week -Paid holidays after 90 days for employees working for 24+; hours/week -Paid time off and after 90 days -Free braces after 6 months About our practice: Our office is conveniently located near just off Old Hickory Blvd in Brentwood and not far from interstate 65. Orthodontic or dental office experience (clinical or administrative) is a plus but not necessary. Our office has a clean and casual atmosphere and we use state-of-the-art technology to minimize fuss and maximize patient outcomes.
