DENTAL HYGIENIST – FULL TIME OR PART TIME Are you looking for a practice that values team members and shows appreciation for their efforts? THE POSITION: We are seeking an Full Time ( 32 hrs/wk) OR Part Time hygienist for a long-term career opportunity in our solo doctor owned, general dentistry practice located in Ballantyne. (NOT a corporate dentistry office). BENEFITS YOU WILL RECEIVE: - Competitive salary based on your experience - Comprehensive benefits package for full time position – includes paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance stipend, 401k with match and profit sharing, uniform allowance, and more - BLS and OSHA CE provided - Production bonuses - Opportunity for promotion to lead hygienist for the right person - Ability to work in a pleasant environment with a friendly, fun-loving team OUR PRACTICE: - Beautiful, all digital office – paperless records, digital x-rays, and intraoral cameras - Equipped with modern technology - cordless prophy motors and Ipads for patient education videos THE SCHEDULE: - 1 hour hygiene patient appts - SRP appts are scheduled by hygienists for amount of time needed - Patient care hours are: o Mon, Tue, Thu 8a – 4:30p; o Wed 12p – 6p preferred – willing to accept different schedule of hours (ie. 10a - 4p or other) o Selected half-day Fridays 7:30a – 1:30p are available to earn extra money o Specific days are negotiable for part-time position - *Closed around major holidays to allow work / life balance QUALIFICATIONS: - 1 – 2 yrs of experience is preferred - new grads are encouraged to apply and we will happily train - Eaglesoft experience a plus, but we are happy to train - Must haves: a pleasant personality, be patient-focused, excellent chairside manner, outstanding customer service skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude - Sign-on bonus available for highly qualified applicants If this sounds like the right opportunity for you, we invite you to submit your resume for consideration for an in-person interview.
