MINT dentistry is seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join us as a Manager in Training! The Manager in Training will support our district team while learning from some of our incredible Office Managers and gaining hands-on experience! This role will require travel between offices as needed.

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00 per hr
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of management or supervisory experience required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
- Strong customer service, retail, sales, or dental experience (including knowledge of dental codes, terminology, procedures, and dental insurance).
- Demonstrated proficiency with Google Apps preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Honesty and Integrity.
- Manage employees scheduling and paid time off (not including doctors)
- Conduct morning meetings with prepared agenda and reviews daily goals
- Works with existing vendor relationships to manage office equipment, utilities, software, technology, and the facility itself and resolves any related problems or needed repairs
- Manage office supplies and budget
- Report expenses and End of Month close-out monthly
- Address violations of culture, policies, and protocols and provides corrective and/or disciplinary action as needed
- Maintain a full schedule of patients daily
- Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis
- Calculate fees for dental treatment and coordinate financial agreements for the patient's portion of dental treatment costs
- Administrative duties including checking patients in and out and coordinating payments
- Maintain and clean and well-organized office
- Support clinical staff and perform other duties as assigned
