Job Summary: We are looking for a compassionate and highly skilled Associate Dentist to join our team. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care to patients, performing a variety of treatments and procedures to maintain or improve oral health. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent patient communication abilities, and a commitment to continuous education and professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Perform dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients. Provide a full range of dental services including restorative, endodontic, periodontic, prosthetic, and surgical procedures. Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventative care, and treatment options. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatment plans. Adhere to all clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines. Work collaboratively with dental assistants, hygienists, and other staff to ensure high-quality patient care. Participate in practice meetings and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the team. Stay updated with advancements in dentistry through continuous education and professional development. Qualifications: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Current state dental license in good standing. Minimum of 1 year of experience in general dentistry (new graduates may be considered). Proficiency in using dental technology and software (e.g., digital radiography, electronic health records). Excellent diagnostic and clinical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
