This position is multifaceted, which requires a self-motivated individual who is up for the challenge. Job position: AWESOME Orthodontic front desk concierge to transition to Treatment Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Your days will be filled by: -Being the face of Valeriano Orthodontics: Greeting patients upon arrival at the practice to ensure an extraordinary experience for every patient -Connecting with patients prior to the consultation appointment -Educating patients on the orthodontic process -Answering phones, scheduling appointments -Social Media projects -Being a leader in the office -Assisting Dr. Valeriano during his initial examination -Communicating treatment plans to effectively gain the required financial commitment -Creating and maintaining excellent relationships with patients, parents, doctors and team members -Representing the practice in the community and outside marketing campaign Preferred Qualifications: -Marketing experience -Sales experience -Customer service experience -Dental/orthodontic knowledge (a plus, but not required) This job opportunity offers a competitive salary with benefits, including health insurance, Dental/Vision Insurance, Paid time off, bonus opportunities and a 401k option as well as a great work schedule with some flexible hours.
