Description

We are Fort Worth Snoring and Sleep Center, a dental sleep medicine practice. We are seeking to add a compassionate, detail oriented, goal driven and organized person to our clinical team. This is a clinical assistant position, not front office. We are a lively, fun and productive environment that wants to provide quality care to patients seeking specialized services from an expert dentist in the field. This office does not perform general dentistry. We treat snoring, sleep apnea and TMJ only. We bill medical insurance for our services, not dental. Full time position available with 36-40 hour work weeks. Monday - Thursdays. Salary position based on experience and qualifications - to be negotiated upon hire. Bonus opportunity available after initial induction period. On the job training available. Vacation time available after one year. Uniform provided. No insurance or 401K is offered. 2+ years of Customer Service Experience or Patient Care required. No experience in the medical industry is required. Applicant should excel in Greeting, Instructing and Counseling Patients on Services, Quick Problem Solving, Multi-tasking and Organizational Skills. Other job expectations and requirements are coordinating communication with our billing company, managing online and doctor referrals, patient correspondence via phone, text and email, managing lab cases, and following up on patient treatment.
