Proficiency in Spanish language, Dentrix practice software, Microsoft Excel basics, and Knowledge of third-party reimbursement and Medicaid is required. Also, the ability to introduce and maintain our practice's relationship with referring offices in a professional and presentable manner is a must. Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately and efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information or direction as needed. Verify insurance coverage, process payments, and handle billing inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. Collaborate with dental staff to coordinate patient care and address any concerns promptly.
